All injection molds can be designed with collapsible core structures. The components can be made from premium hardened materials such as Sweden’s ASSAB, Germany’s Groditz steel, Japan’s Hitachi, and China’s Fushun Special Steel. After machining, part fitting clearance, assembly height, and perpendicularity are precisely controlled within 0.01 mm, with a surface finish of Ra 0.6.
The internal collapsible core structure effectively solves the challenges of internal undercuts and complex demolding, ultimately helping reduce costs and improve efficiency in injection mold production.
