CC Precision was founded in 2011 and is located in Chang’an, Dongguan—a renowned hub for mold manufacturing in China. The company specializes in manufacturing high-difficulty and complex precision mold components. Utilizing advanced CAD/CAM technology, the company possesses integrated design and processing capabilities for complete sets of mold components. It currently operates more than 50 various processing machines, including CNC machining centers and CNC lathes (among which over 30 are core machines such as CNC and CNC lathes), and is equipped with comprehensive inspection equipment including precision grinders, precision lathes, and coordinate measuring machines (CMM). The facility covers an area of over 2,500 square meters and employs more than 60 people.
Through years of development, the company has accumulated strong technical expertise, with multiple senior CAD/CAM/CAE engineers possessing extensive industry experience, as well as experienced quality inspection technicians, R&D engineers, manufacturing engineers, and a professional sales and after-sales team. CC Precision’s main products cover standard mold components and custom non-standard mold parts. Among them, the standard components are compatible with international standards such as HASCO, DEM, Meusburger, Parker, STAUBLI, TST, MISUMI, NITTO, STRACK, and CUMSA, capable of meeting customers’ diverse precision mold component needs.

Our main processing capabilities include:
- Threaded cores, beryllium copper inserts, mold cavities, CNC car parts, mirror EDM parts, slow-feeding wire cutting and other non-standard components according to customer drawings.
Maximum machining precision reaches 0.003mm – 0.005mm. - Self-lubricating guide bushings (for high-speed stamping dies), oil-free guide components, which can be manufactured to U.S., German, Misumi (Japan), and LKM (Hong Kong) standards.
- SKH-51 and SKD-61 series high-precision ejector pins, including non-standard pins, double-head pins, fan-shaped pins, and guide post pin sets.
